    Junior Content Writer

    The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on digital sources of media.

     

    Your Responsibilities

    • Research industry-related topics and create content ideas
    • Write clear marketing copy to promote our clients’ products/services.
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
    • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate social media posts, articles, etc.
    • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
    • Manage social pages and Promote content on social media
    • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
    • Ensure all-around consistency in style, fonts, images and tone.
    Required Knowledge & Skills
    • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
    • Familiarity with web publications
    • High level proficiency in English.
    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Team player with top notch communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure

      Technical Lead

      The main tasks of the technical lead are to:

      • Oversee technical mandates from the IT Manager or Software Architect.
      • Collaborate with various people in the development and infrastructure team (leads, architects, and project managers) to make sure that the Release Management process responds and adheres to the best delivery practices,
      • Ensure that the roles and responsibilities are understood and clear amongst everyone.
      • Creating software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software in the work environment.
      • Be a reference and guide all technical topics in your field of expertise.
      • Be proactive in suggesting enhancements and technological choices in your field of expertise.
      • Act as the main driver for the DevOps roadmap, including identifying the technical and business activities needed to support the transition of applications and infrastructure services from development to production.
      Qualifications

      Education
      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or with equivalent work experience.
      Relevant Experience
      • Minimum 7 years’ experience in development.
      • Excellent knowledge of continuous integration, infrastructure-as-code, application release automation concepts, frameworks, and tools;
      • Experience with at least one source control management system (TFS, git preferred), including branching strategies;
      • Experience with at least one CI tool (GitLab, Jenkins);
      • Experience using scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell);
      • Experience with mainstream logging, monitoring, and tracking tools;
      • Experience in deployment automation;
      • Good understanding of distributed builds and parallel deployments.

        Management Trainee
        Your key responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, gaining operational knowledge and performing duties in deferent departments, completing all assigned task on a timely manner, observing, and learning dispute management, attending meetings and workshops, providing continues support and development suggestions. From time to time, you may also require completing documentation and evaluations. You are expected to have high attention to details, ability to comprehend and identify problems in the organization, self-motivated, problem-solving ability, critical thinking and possess high interpersonal skills.

        Your Responsibilities

        • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.  
        • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.  
        • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.  
        • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.  
        • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.  
        • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.  
        • Preparing documents and updating records.  
        • Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.  

          Intern – Content Writer

          Duties & Responsibilities
          • Writing in English: Fast, Longform & High-Quality Content.  
          • Research while writing   
          • Development of case studies and management of content resulting from interviews with new and existing clients  
          • Proofread everything from email funnel campaigns, blog posts, and a variety of other projects.   
          • Edit guest posts for tone, relevance, structure, and SEO.  
          • Establishing partnerships with other companies, publishers, bloggers, and relevant networks to introduce new traffic to our websites and our clients.  
          • Work hand in hand with the Senior Marketing team to create blog posts for our company, clients, and our blogger exchange program  
          • Give input and strategy on articles and work on growth-hacking projects   
          • Help with marketing templates, resources, tripwire content, and emails for potential customers, current clients, and all conversion funnels  

            Intern – Backend Developer – Python

            Your key responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, gaining operational knowledge and performing duties in deferent departments, completing all assigned task on a timely manner, observing, and learning dispute management, attending meetings and workshops, providing continues support and development suggestions. From time to time, you may also require completing documentation and evaluations.

            • Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.  
            • Learn how to write clean code to develop web applications  
            • Collaborate with the other team members  
            • Learn and apply different technology stacks using Java  
            • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.  
            • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies  
            • Test and debug programs 
            • Improve functionality of existing systems 
            • Assess and prioritize feature requests 
            • Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions 
            • Good problem-solving skills
